I have personally not used this but from what I’m hearing from people is that even those with gluten sensitivities (not allergies) will not have an issue with this wheat product. It is my understanding this is the original wheat from 2000 years ago, without any genetic modifications, has only 4 chromosomes compared to the wheat that is used in almost everything now days is 30+ chromosomes. This is organic and not dowsed with glyphosate just prior to harvest, which many therapists believe is the actual issue and not the gluten itself.

He goes over 4 different body types, Adrenal, Thyroid, Lymph, and Liver. You will take a quiz, look over the symptom pages, and figure out what your body type is (and it can be more than 1). From there, the book will walk you through what kind of a diet you need to be on and what type of exercising you will need to be doing. Each body type requires different types of foods and foods to avoid, and each requires different ways of exercising (slow walking vs long distance steady running vs high intensity interval training vs weight lifting).
